Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Who this applies to

This policy covers 425films.com and the Law-Di-Gras 2026 conference pages (425films.com/law-di-gras and its sub-pages), all operated by 425 Films. It explains what information we collect when you visit or submit a form, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you give us directly. If you fill out a contact or lead form, including the “Book a call” form, that typically includes your name, email, phone number, company, job title, and anything you write in a message field.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs standard technical information (like IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic to this site — see Cookies below.
  • Cookies. Our lead forms read a HubSpot tracking cookie (hubspotutk), when present, to connect a form submission to the page you submitted it from. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure site traffic (pages visited, how you got here, general location). Google Analytics doesn’t identify you by name. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s browser opt-out tool.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry or schedule a call you’ve requested
  • To provide the services you’ve engaged us for
  • To send you occasional updates or marketing emails, only if you’ve opted in — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
  • To improve this site and how we communicate with prospective clients

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it with:

  • HubSpot — our CRM and email platform. Form submissions are stored here so we can follow up with you.
  • Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes standard technical logs to run this site.
  • Google Analytics — aggregate traffic data (pages visited, general location, how you found the site). Governed by Google’s privacy policy.

This site also embeds videos hosted on YouTube. When you play one, YouTube (Google) may collect information according to its own privacy policy, which we don’t control.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to unsubscribe from marketing emails, email us at gary@425films.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business professionals and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
